Filters the report records according to the filter criteria you specify.
To define a filter criterion, select the field name from the Field Name drop down list, select an operator, and then specify a value in the Value box (drop down list).
To add a new line of filter expression, click to select AND or OR from the Relationship drop-down list.
To remove a line of filter expression, click the Remove button (
).
Filter in Report
If the report has sub-reports, you can filter the sub-reports. To do this, select the sub-report from the Filter in Report
dropdown list.
Select/Input Value
Click Select Value to select the value from the Value box instead of typing the value.
Click Input Value to type the value manually in the Value box.
Click Next or Previous to browse to the next or previous page of values.
If the number of values is larger than the maximum number, which is specified in the Max Number box on the navigation bar, the values in the value box will be divided in multiple pages.
Apply
Accept the changes and re-load the report result using the filter settings.
Reset
Clear all fields and reset Filter Panel.
