Jinfonet Hires J.R. Atkinson to Run Its Professional Services Team

Industry Veteran with 20+ Years Experience Joins Jinfonet as
Director of Professional Services

ROCKVILLE, Md. - September 27, 2006 - Jinfonet Software, the leader in embedded reporting solutions for Java applications, today announced the company has brought J.R. Atkinson on board as the company's director of professional services. Mr. Atkinson has more than 20 years experience delivering and managing engagements for professional services and software product companies.

Prior to joining Jinfonet, he held leadership positions at numerous companies in the greater Washington , D.C. metropolitan area. Most recently, he managed product development, sales and operational support teams for TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSYS), a company that provides real-time wireless market data to customers worldwide. His team was distributed throughout the United States and Europe.

Mr. Atkinson has also served as the vice president of professional services for Aether Systems (NASDAQ: AETH), where he was responsible for the management of engineering and professional services teams across multiple geographic locations. He was responsible for domestic and international package implementations, consulting engagements and custom solutions based on Aether's mobile and wireless software products for Fortune 1000 customers.

Prior to joining Aether, Mr. Atkinson worked for Riverbed Technologies where he started their professional services group. His team provided consulting, support and training to customers and channel partners focused on Riverbed's suite of software products.

He also worked for Noblestar Systems Corporation as director of emerging technologies. For ten years he drove numerous development efforts for Fortune 500 clients related to client-server development; database design and implementation; and data warehouse design and implementation. Prior to Noblestar, J.R. worked for Pailen-Johnson Associates as an associate engineer where he developed automated testing systems in Ada and C for distributed, real-time air-traffic control systems.

Mr. Atkinson holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science from SUNY at Buffalo , Amherst , N.Y.
